The Academy offers the possibility for tailor-made experiences for individuals and small to large groups, as well as specialized training for companies.
The state-of-the-art kitchen and full-service dining room provide the possibility of conducting tailored cooking classes and show-cooking in real time. The dining room concludes the experience with the opportunity to gather and enjoy the final result of the group activity.
To offer the best experience, the maximum capacity for our group experiences is 20 participants. We collaborate with local and international tour operators to create hands-on activities that are focused on enogastronomy from the Langhe and Roero.
